For the free tier of the Inriskable platform, the latest release has introduced some additional features to enhance the user experience, even for those not on the paid subscription plans. By proactively providing these sample company showcases, Inriskable is addressing a key user need that was expressed - the desire to have some tangible examples of the types of businesses and information that can be accessed through the platform. These industry and location-specific company suggestions are designed to make it more convenient for free tier users to discover and explore businesses of interest, without having to conduct extensive manual searches.

#Plus/ Pro Tier Features

Shareholding and legal representative information of companies

For Inriskable's Plus and Pro tier users, the latest release has enabled the ability to search for and access detailed shareholding and legal representative information for companies registered in Singapore.

By integrating with ACRA's database, Inriskable's paid subscription users can now:

(1) Search for and retrieve the shareholding structure of Singapore-based companies, including the names and ownership percentages of the major shareholders.
(2) Access information on the legal representatives of these companies, such as the names and designations of the directors, officers, and authorized signatories.

Annual financial report retrieval and financial analysis

Plus and Pro tiers of the Inriskable platform also provide users with the ability to retrieve the annual financial reports of these companies. This is achieved through Inriskable's built-in integration and automation to directly fetch the financial statements from the source, rather than requiring users to manually search for and compile this information. But the real value-add is in the comprehensive financial analysis that Inriskable's platform can perform on these retrieved financial reports. We offer a built-in dashboard that allows users to:
