1. After login, you can search the entity on the top right corner.
2. Type in customer or company name into "Chinese Name" and "English Name" field, you can fill in both fields or fill in either one. Then, click the"Search" button.
3. After clicking on the search button, the news and AML activities detected will be returned within 2 minutes. The news results which are classified by our NLP system with adverse information is categorised into different AML activities in different colors and its corresponding category.
1. Follow the format below and prepare a CSV, and save as CSV UTF-8 format.
For each customer or company, it will be take up one line. For those with only Chinese or English name, you can leave the other cell empty as shown in the example below.
2. To upload content, click on the third icon that looks like a cloud on the left side of the screen. Once you have clicked this icon, a window will pop up on your screen, allowing you to upload CSV.
Navigate to the left tab on the screen and find the first button from the top. Pressing this will allow you to access the search history.
The search usually takes less than 3 minutes, depending on the network connections, when the status is turned as "complete", you can click onto the case to review.
After searching, the website will compile all of the articles that contain the keyword you searched for.
The articles will then be sorted into relevant articles and irrelevant articles. For those news that have identified with risk categories have been categorised into this session.
In the top session, you can review all risks associated. The total number of articles as well the number of articles within each category is clearly shown.
inRiskable is able to find synonyms of the entity you searched for and additionally collects articles that contain these synonyms. For example, AIA Company Limited will be associated with AIA International, AIA Group, etc. However, for less popular entity, like small-to-medium entreprise might have less suggestions of their synonyms.
There could be news retrieved about the entity without risks identified, like side story or other press release. These are categorized as irrelevant and can be reviewed in the tab.
When viewing articles in the Relevant News tab, you will find that articles with comparable content or those related to similar risk categories within a specific timeframe are grouped together.
Within each group of topics, you will locate the risk category positioned at the top, followed by a summary underneath that provides information about what these articles are associated with.
When clicking onto the grouped topics card, the card will expand and showing the detailed risk analyzed of each articles retrieved. The words related to the risk categories are highlighted.
Below each grouped topics card, you will find a section where you can choose the option for your justification or select "others" to enter your comments in free text format.
Once you have provided your justification, the border color of the card will transition from black to green, indicating that you have finished reviewing that particular grouped topics card.
Meanwhile, the bottom right corner will count the number of your reviewed articles in "reviewed" session.
As a general comment regarding the entire report, you have the option to input your free-text comments in the respective section on the right. These comments will be documented in the report's top section.
If you require additional time to compile the report, you have the option to save it as a draft. The "save draft" button can be found next to the report session header.
If you are prepared to generate the report, you can click on the "Complete Review" button located at the bottom right of the portal.
Please be aware that once you click on this button, you will be unable to make any modifications to the comments and justifications you have provided.
Upon clicking the "Complete Review" button, the Review History panel will promptly appear. Within a brief 3-second interval, the record you have generated will be included in the Review History panel.
The status of a review falls into one of three categories: approved, pending or returned.
The newly created record will be marked as "pending," awaiting your subsequent action until you proceed to the next step of exporting the report.
You can select the review record with a "pending" status, but please note that the record is in read-only mode. This means that you are unable to modify the comments or justifications you previously entered.
At the bottom right corner, you will find an "approve" button for proceeding with exporting the report, or a "return" button to go back and edit the comments and justifications.
Upon clicking the "approve" button, the review history panel will appear, and the review record you recently approved will transition to the "approved" status. To export the report, you will need to click on the case again.
Once the review has been approved, the button at the bottom right will be labeled as "download PDF." You can simply click on this button, and the report will be automatically downloaded.
If you click on the "return" button, the review history panel will appear, and the review record you previously approved will change to the "returned" status. When you click on the "returned" review record again, you will have the ability to edit and add comments once more.
Within the Review History section, you will find review records created by both your teammates and yourself. The name of the individual who created each record is displayed under the "Maker" tag.
You can select the review record with a "pending" status, but please note that the record is in read-only mode. This means that you are unable to modify the comments or justifications you previously entered.
In the Review History section, you will come across review records that you have generated. These records have been forwarded to your supervisor for their review. During this stage, you are unable to make any changes or take further actions regarding these review records until your supervisor provides guidance on the next steps.
However, you can still click on the review record to view your comments. Please be aware that the record is in read-only mode, preventing any modifications to the comments or justifications you previously entered.
If your supervisor has received the case but requests you to review it again, the case will be marked as "returned." In this situation, you can click on the "returned" case to provide additional comments and justifications once more.
Within the comment section on the right-hand side, you have the ability to leave your own comments or review the comments made by your supervisor. This feature enables communication and collaboration between you and your supervisor.
Once you have finished your review, you can click on the "complete review" button, allowing your supervisor to review the content once again.
If your supervisor has completed the review and approved your review records, the status will be updated to "approved".
Upon clicking the "approve" button, the review history panel will appear, and the review record you recently approved will transition to the "approved" status. To export the report, you will need to click on the case again.
Once the review has been approved, the button at the bottom right will be labeled as "download PDF." You can simply click on this button, and the report will be automatically downloaded.
The user page show all user, This is the page where you can find information about all your users, including their username, password, and settings.
You can change user name in "Name" and click onto "change password". Click "save changes" to make the change effective.
Here, you can find your name and role displayed. Users can be assigned one of three roles: admin, supervisor, or analyst.
Click onto the name and you are able to review the associated information with the user accounts as shown above. You should include the username under "supervising" fields in order to allow you to export the reports and evaluate their review records.
For supervisor, please include your analyst's username in this field.
For individual or analyst, please include your own username in this field.
